to be a member of the Medical Council on the recommendation of the New Zealand Branch of the British Medical Association for a term of three years.

Timber Preservation Regulations—Appointment of Timber Preservation Authority Officer

PURSUANT to the Timber Preservation Regulations 1955,* notice is hereby given:

(1) That the appointment for purposes of the Timber Preservation Regulations 1955 of

Robert Grubner, Erua,

an officer of the New Zealand Forest Service, published in the Gazette of 17 July 1958, is hereby revoked.

(2) That for the purposes of the Timber Preservation Regulations 1955

Stanley Thomas Harrison, Ohakune,

an officer of the New Zealand Forest Service, is hereby authorised to act as a Timber Preservation Authority Officer, and to exercise powers specified in paragraphs (a), (b), and (c) of regulation 10 (1) of the said regulations.
