A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA CONSERVANCY

SECTION 10, Block IX, Taramarama Survey District, Wairoa County: Area, 60 acres 1 rood 39·5 perches, more or less. Shown on plan No. 56/10 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 4907.)

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the provisional State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

SECTIONS 8, 9, and 20, Block XIII, Tairua Survey District: Area, 1,308 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less. Shown on plan No. 23/84 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans 22134 and 39578.)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the North Island Main Trunk Railway.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 24·1 perches.

Being part Lot 4, D.P. 3761, being part Block XXVII, Rangitikei District; coloured orange.

Situated in Block XVI, Wangaehu Survey District, Rangitikei County. (S.O. 24413.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 16108 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff railway, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a street diversion in connection therewith.
