A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Schedules hereto and so much of the land described in the Seventh Schedule hereto as remains after excluding therefrom the land described in the Eighth Schedule hereto, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
