in Block IX, Oparara Survey District, Buller County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, held by Harry Charles Simpson under and by virtue of occupation licence, Volume 68, folio 225, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby resumed for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land in the Nelson Land District containing 1 rood 11 perches, situated in Block IX, Oparara Survey District, Nelson R.D., being part Section 13; coloured blue on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road in the Nelson Land District containing 38 perches, situated in Block IX, Oparara Survey District, Nelson R.D., adjoining part Section 66, Square 159, and part Section 13; coloured green on plan.

THIRD SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land in the Nelson Land District containing 13 perches, situated in Block IX, Oparara Survey District, Nelson R.D., being part Section 13; coloured blue, edged blue, on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159410 (S.O. 9212) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of July 1959.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land now held for an aerodrome described in the Second Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of road containing 2 acres and 24 perches, situated in Block IX, Oparara Survey District, Nelson R.D., adjoining or passing through part Sections 49, 50, 51, 52, 57, 58, 59, 60, and 66, Square 159; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159410 (S.O. 9212) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ALL that piece of land containing 56 acres 1 rood 22 perches, situated in Block IX, Oparara Survey District, Nelson R.D., being part Sections 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 57, 58, 59, 60, 66, and 67, Square 159, being balance of the land in Proclamation No. 271 and all the land in Proclamation No. 1314, Nelson Land Registry.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in
Block IV, Cheviot Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for a further portion of the Picton-Hurunui Railway and is not now required for that purpose) shall, upon publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for a further portion of the Waikato-Thames Railway (Morrinsville - Te Aroha Section) and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.
