PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that so much of the Warrant under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 19th day of April 1938, as relates to Achil Street in Cromwell Borough, is hereby revoked.

Extending a 30 Miles Per Hour Speed Limit

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

1. So much of the Warrant under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 20th day of December 1937,* as relates to an area in Kawakawa Town District is hereby revoked.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule to this notice are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.

SITUATED within Kawakawa Town District—

The Whangarei-Awanui via Kawakawa State Highway No. 1 (from a point 3 chains south of its junction with Macfarlane Street to the southern boundary of Kawakawa Town District, and from the northern boundary of Kawakawa Town District to a point 16 chains south-east of the said boundary).
