PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 13th day of July 1959.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 2nd day of June 1959, subject as to Lots 8, 9, and 11, D.P. 20275, to a condition as to the building line imposed by notice No. 473533, Canterbury Land Registry.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Gisborne and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
