In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Specialty Equipment Co. Ltd.
NOTICE is hereby given that, by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 24th day of June 1959, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily as a members’ voluntary winding up and that Cyril Alexander Petrie, of Christchurch, public accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Dinette Ltd., a company duly incorporated under the provisions of the aforesaid Act, and having its registered office at Rotorua.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for an order that the above-named company, Dinette Ltd., be wound up by the Court, under the provisions of the Companies Act 1955, or for such other order as shall be just was presented to the Supreme Court on the 16th day of June 1959 by Roy Norman Robinson, of 92 Malfroy Road, Rotorua, warehouseman, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 31st day of July 1959 at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

PUBIC notice is hereby given that the Matamata County Council, at its meeting held on 7 July 1955, resolved to prepare a district scheme, as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the several parts of the County of Matamata in accordance with the Schedule hereto.
Every person and every local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the proposed scheme.
Proposals marked “Matamata County District Scheme” should be addressed to the County Clerk and delivered at the Clerk’s office on or before the 10th day of September 1959.
