Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block XIV, Maungataniwha Survey District, for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for road, and to take the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Mangamuka Bridge and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing and send the writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Kaitaia and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing, and send the writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Takahue Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for forestry purposes; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Featherston and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 157 acres 1 rood 4 perches, situated in Block II, Wairarapa Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Lots 1 to 12, 14, 15, 18, and 19, D.P. 141, being part Section 350, Township of Featherston; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159250 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green (land to the north-west and south-east of the Wairarapa entrance of the Rimutaka Railway tunnel).
