PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the chedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the and Act 1948 as from the 6th day of July 1959, together with and subject as to Lot 10, D.P. 44357, to the rights of way reated in and by memorandum of transfer No. 620515, uckland Land Registry, and subject as to Lot 16, D.P. 41542, o the mining easement created in and by memorandum of ransfer No. 500776, Auckland Land Registry, to the fencing greement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 560175, uckland Land Registry, and to the building-line restriction ontained in K. 47389, Auckland Land Registry.
