Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for a site for a youth holiday and recreation camp.

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve to Recreation Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Sunray Park Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a river-bank reserve to a reserve for recreation purposes; and further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Sunray Park Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Change of the Name of South Rakaia Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the public domain described in the Schedule hereto and known as the South Rakaia Domain shall hereafter be known as the Rakaia Domain.

Withdrawal of Dangerous Drugs Prohibition in Respect of a Registered Medical Practitioner

Pursuant to the Dangerous Drugs Act 1927, I, Henry Greathead Rex Mason, Minister of Health, acting on the recommendation of the Medical Council, do hereby withdraw the prohibition dated the 13th day of September 1950 and published in the Gazette on the 21st day of September 1950, on page 1765, whereby Ian Lawrie Oliver, Registered Medical Practitioner, of No. 2 Victoria Street, Cambridge, was prohibited from issuing prescriptions for the dispensing of dangerous drugs.
