All that area situated in the Masterton County and bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Masterton-Tauweru road where it crosses the Taumataria Stream; thence north-easterly along that road and Blairlogie Road to a point due north of Shanty Trigonometrical Station; thence generally south and west by lines passing through Shanty, Cameron’s Lookout, Moore’s Taipo, Puketiri, and Kaitutai N. Trigonometrical Stations to the junction of the Te Weraiti - Fernyhurst road and Tauweru Branch Road; thence north-westerly along the Te Weraiti - Fernyhurst road to the Tauweru River; thence northerly up the Tauweru River and the Taumataria Stream to the Masterton-Tauweru road, the point of commencement.

All that area situated in and near the Borough of Waipukurau and bounded by a line commencing at a point where Farm Road crosses the Mangatarata Stream; thence north-easterly down the Mangatarata Stream to its confluence with the Tukituki River; thence north-westerly up the Tukituki and Waipawa Rivers to the Palmerston North - Napier State Highway; thence south-easterly generally along the Palmerston North State Highway to River Terrace within the Borough of Waipukurau; thence easterly along River Terrace to Mitchell Street; round Mitchell Street to St. Joseph Street; thence southerly along St. Joseph Street to Francis Drake Street; thence easterly along Francis Drake Street to Gow Street; thence southerly along Gow Street to Mount Herbert Road; thence westerly along Mount Herbert Road to Tavistock Place; thence south-westerly along Tavistock Place to Tavistock Road; thence southerly along Tavistock Road to Farm Road and along Farm Road to the Mangatarata Stream being the point of commencement.

Revocation of Declaration of Stock Control Area Made Under Regulation 2A of the Stock Diseases Regulations 1937 (Notice No. Ag. 6770)
PURSUANT to regulation 2A of the Stock Diseases Regulations 1937, notice is hereby given that the declaration of the lands described in the Schedule hereto as a stock control area for the purposes of the said regulations is revoked.

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in Borough of Otaki (Notice No. Ag. 6763)
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Acting Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said section, hereby publishes the following special order made by the Otaki Borough Council on the 20th day of May 1959.
SPECIAL ORDER
THAT the Otaki Borough Council, pursuant to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and by way of special order, does declare the following plants to be noxious weeds in the Borough of Otaki:
Barberry (Berberis vulgaris).
Bindweed (Convolvulus arvensis).
Blackberry (Rubus fruticosus and Rubus laciniatus).
Boxthorn (Lycium ferocissimum syn. Lycium horridum).
Californian thistle, Canadian thistle, or creeping thistle (Cirsium arvense).
Cape tulip (Homeria collina).
Common broom (Cytisus scoparius).
Fennell (Foeniculum vulgare).
Foxglove (Digitalis purpurea).
Gorse (Ulex, any species).
Hawthorne (Crataegus oxycantha and Crataegus monogyna).
Hemlock (Conium maculatum).
Lupin (Lupinus arboreus).
Ragwort (Senecio jacobaea).
Silver poplar (Populus alba var. nivea).
Sweetbrier (Rosa eglanteria syn. Rosa rubiginosa).
