A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of June 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 3·7 perches, situated in Block VI, Otepopo Survey District, Otago R.D., and being part Lot 14, D.P. 63, being part Section 81; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156941 (S.O. 12347) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street extension and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Upper Hutt as from the date herein-after mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of June 1959.
