COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of June 1959.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Ruby Florence Page, of Cheviot, widow, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 163, folio 144, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Emily Alice Craighead, of Cheviot, widow, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 163, folio 143, and the leasehold estate in the land thirdly and fourthly described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Frank Upston, of Cheviot, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease Volume 165, folio 51, and the leasehold estate in the land fifthly described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by William Donald Stewart, of Spotswood, Cheviot, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 271, folio 27, Canterbury Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of June 1959.
