(6) Refuses to produce or to hand to any official or person
authorised by the Board, upon demand, any admission ticket, pass, or badge in his possession.
C. Any official or servant of the Board is hereby authorised
and empowered to remove from the Park any of the under-mentioned property which may at any time be on the Park
without the consent either of the Board or of any person
authorised by the Board:
(1) Any food, drink, fruit, or other article whatsoever which
is offered for sale on the Park.
(2) Any motorcar, bicycle, motor cycle, or vehicle of any description which is on any portion of the Park not expressly reserved for the same.
(3) Any dog or other animal.
(4) Any other chattel, article, or property of any description whatever.
D. Every person who commits any breach of any of the bylaws made under the above Act is liable to a fine of £5 and shall also be liable to pay damages in respect of any injury done by such person.
I hereby certify that the above bylaws are a true and correct copy of the bylaws made by the Eden Park Trust Board at a meeting of this Board held on the 13th day of September 1958.

Road Closed by Order of the Maori Land Court
Pursuant to section 489 of the Maori Land Act 1931, the Maori Land Court, by an order made on 11 November 1953, declared the area of road described in the Schedule hereto to be closed and to be included in the existing titles to the lands affected.

ALL that area of public road in the Gisborne Land District and in the Matakaoa County containing 21 acres 1 rood 9·03 perches, and being portion of the road passing through or adjoining the several blocks set out below and situate in Block I; Matakaoa Survey District.

Unclaimed Property—Notice of Election by the Public Trustee to Become Manager Under the Public Trust Office Act 1957, Part V
WHEREAS, after due inquiry, it is not known where the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto is or whether he is alive or dead; and whereas the gross value of the said property (as estimated by the Public Trustee) does not exceed £2,000 and, for the purposes of subsection (2) of section 80 of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, the Public Trustee is satisfied that it is advisable that he should become the manager of the said property. Now, therefore, the Public Trustee, in exercise of the authority conferred upon him by the said subsection (2), hereby elects to be manager of the said property under Part V of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land situate in the provincial district of Otago containing 1 rood, more or less, being Section 6, Block XXII, Town of Herbert, and the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 62, folio 129, Otago Registry. The registered proprietor of the said land is Thomas Harrison, of Oamaru, stone mason.

Notice of Intention to Destroy Public Records
Pursuant to section 17 of the Archives Act 1957, notice is hereby given of intention to destroy the following public records:
Treasury—Registered Files 1913–1948
These comprise a selection from the registered files of the Department accumulated between 1913 and 1948. These files contain correspondence on unimportant and ephemeral matters such as: minor departmental accounts, the appointment of accounting officers, routine Treasury administrative matters, periodical returns and statements of accounts, unclaimed, lost and destroyed debentures, unclaimed money, banking statistics, minor correspondence with the New Zealand High Commissioner in London, British pension matters, location of local body bank accounts, compassionate allowances, defalcations by public servants, immigrants’ deposits for passage money, subscriptions to overseas relief funds and soldiers' comforts funds (First World War), coinage and currency notes, assistance to stranded New Zealanders. Anything of importance included in these files is duplicated in published accounts or elsewhere in the records of Treasury or other Departments.
Any person may, within one month after the date of publication of this notice, lodge with the Acting Secretary for Internal Affairs, Wellington, an objection to the destruction of the records specified above, stating therein the grounds of his objection. Such objections will be dealt with in accordance with section 18 of the Archives Act 1957.
