Extending a 30 Miles Per Hour Speed Limit
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. That Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956† dated the 7th day of July 1958,* which relates to an area at Waitahanui in Taupo County is hereby revoked.

  2. The road specified in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.

  3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule to this notice are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956†.

FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Taupo County at Waitahanui—
The National Park-Taupo State Highway No. 23 (from a point 8 chains north of the bridge over the Waitahanui Stream to a point 24 chains south of the said bridge).

SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Taupo County at Waitahanui—
The National Park-Taupo State Highway No. 23 (from a point 8 chains north of the bridge over the Waitahanui Stream to a point 40 chains north of the said bridge and from a point 24 chains south of the bridge over the Waitahanui Stream to a point 40 chains south of the said bridge).

Limited Speed Zone Declared
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. So much of the Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 dated the 29th day of June 1951,* as relates to part of the Pukekohe-Te Uku via Tuakau Main Highway in Tuakau Borough, is hereby revoked.

  2. The portions of roads specified in the First Schedule to this notice are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.

  3. The portions of roads specified in the Second Schedule to this notice are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956†.

FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Tuakau Borough—
Pukekohe-Te Uku via Tuakau Main Highway No. 321 (from the southern boundary of Tuakau Borough to the western boundary of Tuakau Borough).
Tuakau-Pokeno via Whangarata Main Highway No. 463 (from Henderson Avenue to the Pukekohe-Te Uku via Tuakau Main Highway No. 321).

SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Tuakau Borough—
Pukekohe-Te Uku via Tuakau Main Highway No. 321 (from Morgans Road to the western boundary of Tuakau Borough).
Tuakau-Pokeno via Whangarata Main Highway No. 463 (from Henderson Avenue to the Pukekohe-Te Uku via Tuakau Main Highway No. 321).

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the road specified in the Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.

SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Manukau County at Mangere Central—
Mangere Bridge-Papatoetoe State Highway No. 37 (from a point 5 chains east of its junction with the Mangere Aerodrome Main Highway No. 578 to a point 9 chains east of the junction of Thomas Road with the said State highway).

Eden Park Trust Board Bylaws
Pursuant to section 18 of the Eden Park Trust Act 1955, the following bylaws have been made by the Eden Park Trust Board and approved by His Excellency the Governor-General.

EDEN PARK TRUST BOARD BYLAWS
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 18 and 19 of the Eden Park Trust Act 1955, and of all the other powers it hereunto enabling, the Eden Park Trust Board (hereinafter referred to as “the Board”) does hereby make the following bylaws and throughout these bylaws the term “Park” or “Eden Park” means all lands for the time being held or administered by the Board under the provisions of the Eden Park Trust Act 1955, and shall include in the definition of such terms any part thereof or any building or erection of any description on such lands.

A. Any person shall commit an offence under these bylaws who, while at or on the Park:
(1) Bets, wages, gambles, or plays any unlawful game.
(2) Commits any assault.
(3) Is drunk or disorderly.
(4) Behaves improperly, or indecently or in an unseemly manner.
(5) Uses any threatening, abusive, or insulting words.
(6) Uses any profane, indecent or obscene language.
(7) Does or says anything calculated to provoke a breach of the peace.
(8) Does or says anything calculated to hinder or interfere with the proper progress of any match, game, sport, or event taking place on the Park.
(9) Offers for sale any food, drink, fruit, or any article whatsoever without the prior consent of the Board, or of any person authorised by the Board.
(10) Writes, or causes to be written on any property of the Board, any obscene or objectionable language.
(11) Disfigures, damages, or destroys in any manner, any buildings, fences, or property of the Board.
(12) Throws any stones, bricks, concrete, wood, bottles, or any hard material of any kind into or within the Park.
(13) Casts offensive matter on any part of the Park.
(14) Climbs on to the roofs, doors, or windows of any building.
(15) Jumps or climbs over or on any of the boundary fences, or fences, whether permanent or temporary, erected within the Park.
(16) Encroaches on any part of any playing field, or of any enclosed area, adjoining same.
(17) Brings or causes to be brought into the Park any intoxicating liquor of any description without the previous consent of the Board, or consumes liquor on any part of the Park in view of the public.
(18) Takes any motorcar, bicycle, motor cycle, or vehicle of any description on to any part of the Park, other than a part expressly reserved for the same.
(19) Being the person who brought on to the Park any motor-car, bicycle, motor cycle, or other vehicle of any description fails or refuses to remove the same from the Park when requested to do so by any official or servant of the Board.
(20) Brings any dog or other animal on to the Park.
(21) Being the person who brought on to the Park any dog or other animal fails or refuses to remove the same when requested to do so by any official or servant of the Board.
(22) Posts or sticks any posters, placards, bills, circulars, or notices or distributes the same within the Park, without the prior consent of the Board or any person authorised by the Board.
(23) Fails or refuses to leave the Park or any building thereon or part thereof when requested to do so, by any official or servant of the Board.
(24) Interferes with any official or servant of the Board who is carrying out any duties in connection with the administration or management of the Park or the execution or the enforcement of any powers or authorities under any of these bylaws.

B. Any person shall commit an offence who without the authority of the Board:
(1) Gains or attempts to gain admission to the Park by production of any ticket, pass, or badge other than the ticket, pass, or badge entitling the holder to admission on the day of presentation thereof.
(2) Who, not being a life member or ticket holder, gains or attempts to gain admission to the Park otherwise than by payment of the appropriate admission fee at the entrance provided by the Board.
(3) Gains or attempts to gain admission to the Park on to any stand by means of any non-transferable ticket, pass, or badge other than the one issued to such person, or to the body to which the use of the Park has been granted by the Board.
(4) Transfers to any person any non-transferable admission ticket, pass, or badge, or allows any other person to use the same.
(5) Gains or attempts to gain admission to any part of the Park or any stand or building other than by the means of access provided.
