A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of June 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Ellerslie, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 20, D.P. 20143. All certificate of title, Volume 457, folio 56, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Helensville as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of June 1959.
