KIWITEA COUNTY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution
of the Kiwitea County Council made on the 20th day of
May 1959, a district scheme has been recommended for
approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
The scheme relates to the Kiwitea County District Scheme.
The scheme has been deposited in the following places:
(a) The Kiwitea County Council Offices, Kimbolton;
(b) The Kimbolton Public Library, Kimbolton;
(c) The Kawhatau Public Library, Kawhatau Valley,
Mangaweka;
(d) The Rangiwhahia Public Library, Rangiwhahia; and
(e) The Rewa Public Library, Rewa;

and is there open for inspection without fee to all persons
interested therein at any time when the above places are open
to the public.

Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be
in writing, in the form No. 4 prescribed in the First Schedule
to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1954, and
shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not
later than the 15th day of September 1959.

At a later date every objection will be open for public
inspection and any person who wishes to support or oppose
any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of
objections if he notifies the County Clerk in writing within
a period of which public notice will be given.

evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be
received by the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the
day preceding publication.

Single copies of the Gazette as follows:
For the first 16 pages, 6d., increasing by 6d. for every
subsequent 8 pages or part thereof.

(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
35s. per volume (Volumes for years 1936-37 and
1939-42 are out of print.)

the purchase of extra copies.
