Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Royal New Zealand Society for the Health of Women and Children (Rodney Branch) Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for a site for Plunket rooms.

Appointment of the Rotorua County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve
