purposes, subject as to Lot 18, D.P. 17756, to the drainage
easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No.
355035, Canterbury Land Registry, and subject as to Lots 14
and 18, D.P. 17756, to the drainage easement created in
and by memorandum of transfer No. 413010, Canterbury
Land Registry, and to the building-line condition imposed by
notice No. 412377, Canterbury Land Registry; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 8th day of June 1959.
