Land Held for State Housing Purposes, Subject as to Part to a Pipeline Certificate, Set Apart for Police Purposes (Residences) in the City of Nelson and the Borough of Motueka

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for police purposes (residences), subject as to the land first described in the said Schedule to the pipeline certificate No. 64922, Nelson Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1959.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block I, Mangaorongo Survey District, and Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, Auckland R.D., containing 1 rood 7⋅9 perches, being Lot 7, D.P. S. 5002, being part Otorohanga No. 1F No. 4B Block, and being part of the land in Proclamation S. 113500, Auckland Land Registry. Part certificate of title, Volume 1048, folio 15, Auckland Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart subject to the building-line restrictions created by W. 6937 and W. 8401, Taranaki Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1959.
