THE following resolution was passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the Mangonui Co-op. Rural Intermediate Credit Association Ltd. held on 15 May 1959.

Resolved as a special resolution:

“(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
“(2) That Mr Geoffrey W. Simmonds, of Kaitaia, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.
“(3) That the remuneration of the liquidator shall be £52 plus any expenses necessarily incurred.”
