A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block IV, Cheviot Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

ALLOTMENTS N31, 67, 68, 135, and 136, Parish of Ruakaka, situated in Block X, Ruakaka Survey District: Area, 648 acres 3 roods 17 perches, more or less. Shown on plan No. 11/21 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans 1062, 14385, 30783.)

Adding Land to the Nelson Lakes National Park

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 13th day of May 1959

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, shall as from the date hereof be added to and form part of the Nelson Lakes National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with by the Nelson Lakes National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street off High Street and of an Extension to Garden Road in the City of Lower Hutt, Subject to Conditions as to Building Lines

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 18th day of May 1959

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Lower Hutt City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street first described in the Schedule hereto at a width of less than 66 ft, but not less that 40 ft, and of the proposed extension to Garden Road secondly described in the said Schedule at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 50 ft, subject to the conditions that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the proposed street first described in the said Schedule, within a distance of 15 ft from the northern side line of the said street, and on the land fronting the proposed extension to Garden Road, secondly described in the said Schedule, within a distance of 15 ft from the side lines thereof.
