A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of May 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by William John Morgan, of Kaikoura, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 40, folio 51, Marlborough Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of May 1959.
