A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the proper development and use of the said land for commercial purposes in accordance with the operative district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, and to provide amenities in the neighbourhood and in particular to provide amenities and access for the better use and enjoyment of the community centre block contemplated by the said scheme, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of New Lynn as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of May 1959.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of New Lynn, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
