Declaring the New Monowai Access Road in the Wallace County to be County Road

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become County road.

SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that road in the Wallace County, commencing at the Clifden-Blackmount road on the left bank of the Waicoe Stream in Block XXIX, Takitimu Survey District; and proceeding thence north-westerly and south-westerly generally for a distance of 210 chains, across the Waicoe Stream and through Run 173c, to the left bank of the Waiau River; thence westerly generally for a distance of 17 chains, across the Waiau River and through Run 413, to its junction with Lake Road in Block VII, Monowai Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154190 (S.O. 6354) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, orange, and sepia.

Lieutenant (temp. Captain) and Quartermaster R. W. Stitt to be Captain and Quartermaster. Dated 15 March 1959.
Captain and Quartermaster R. W. Stitt ceases to be seconded to the Fiji Military Forces. Dated 7 April 1959.
