PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become County road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that road in the Wallace County, commencing at the Clifden-Blackmount road on the left bank of the Waicoe Stream in Block XXIX, Takitimu Survey District; and proceeding thence north-westerly and south-westerly generally for a distance of 210 chains, across the Waicoe Stream and through Run 173c, to the left bank of the Waiau River; thence westerly generally for a distance of 17 chains, across the Waiau River and through Run 413, to its junction with Lake Road in Block VII, Monowai Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154190 (S.O. 6354) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, orange, and sepia.
