Lands Declared to be Infected Area (No. 2) for the Purposes of Section 12 of the Stock Act 1908 (Notice No. Ag. 6732)

PURSUANT to section 12 of the Stock Act 1908, the lands described in the Schedule hereto have, for the purposes of the said section, been declared an infected area to be known as Infected Area (No. 2).

SCHEDULE

ALL that area situated in the Masterton County and bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Masterton-Tauweru road where it crosses the Taumataria Stream; thence north-easterly along that road and Blairlogie Road to a point due north of Shanty Trigonometrical Station; thence generally south and west by lines passing through Shanty, Cameron’s Lookout, Moore’s Taipo, Puketiri, and Kaitutai N. Trigonometrical Stations to the junction of the Te Weraiti-Fernyhurst road and Tauweru Branch Road; thence north-westerly along the Te Weraiti-Fernyhurst road to the Tauweru River; thence northerly up the Tauweru River and the Taumataria Stream to the Masterton-Tauweru road the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly shown bordered red on maps lodged in the post offices at Masterton and Carterton.
