A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
SECTION 12, Block IV, Maungamangero Survey District: Area, 1,091 acres, more or less. Shown on plan No. 43/15 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 39050.)

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in Inangahua County containing 5,622 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks III, VII, and XI, Rahu Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north by the southern boundary of Block XV, Burnett Survey District; towards the east generally by a water-race reserve, the right bank of Ranger Creek, Section 6S, Maruia Settlement, Section 3 and part of Section 4 (316 acres), Block III aforesaid, the crossing of a public road and again by part of Section 4, thence by part of Section 1 (521 acres) and part of Section 5 (270 acres), Block VII aforesaid; towards the north by part of Section 5 aforesaid and a public road; towards the east and south-east by the left bank of Woolley River; towards the north by a public road and Section 6, Block VII aforesaid; towards the south-east by part of Section 8S (543 acres), Maruia Settlement; towards the south by Section 11, Block XI aforesaid (permanent State forest, Gazette 1907, page 1934); and towards the north-west and west by permanent State forest (Gazette 1936, page 968). As shown on plan No. 121/10 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Wellington-Foxton Railway (Manawatu Deviation).
