Declaring Lands in Taranaki, Marlborough, and Otago Land Districts Vested in the Taranaki, Wellington, and Otago Education Boards as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Taranaki Education Board, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Otago Education Board, as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
PART Section 13, Block XIV, Waitara Survey District: Area, 8 acres and 15·3 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 19, folio 266. PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, now held for a secondary school, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of May 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for buildings of the General Government, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by K. 41072, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of May 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for a pleasure ground and vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington by a Proclamation dated the 15th day of March 1940, and published in Gazette, 20 March 1940, Volume I, page 450; now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of May 1959.
