Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the lands described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

18 3 7 Section 1A 1 (formerly part of Section 1A), Block IX, Tautuku Survey District.
88 3 8 Section 1A (formerly part of Section 1), Block X, Tautuku Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 168, folio 262, Otago Registry.
138 1 38 Sections 3A, 3B, and 3D (formerly parts of Section 3), Block X, Tautuku Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 168, folio 259, Otago Registry.
As the same are shown on the plan marked L. and S. 4/1065 lodged in the Head Office of the Lands and Survey Department at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 303M.)

Declaring Lands in Wellington Land District, Vested in the Wellington Education Board as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the Wellington Education Board as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
