Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Blenheim
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of May 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes, together with the benefit as to the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto of the drainage easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 169879, Otago Registry, and subject as to the land first described to drainage rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 109732, Otago Registry, and to pipeline certificate No. X. 18536, Otago Registry, and as to the land secondly described to pipeline certificate No. X. 18939, Otago Registry, and as to the land thirdly described to pipeline certificate No. X. 18511, Otago Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of May 1959.
