A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of May 1959.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods, situated in the Borough of Levin, Wellington R.D., and being Lots 8, 9, 10, and 11, D.P. 19297, being part Section 69, Levin Village Settlement. Part certificate of title, Volume 742, folio 22, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police station and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a courthouse; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of May 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 3 roods 27·9 perches, situated in Block IV, Kerikeri Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Te Tii Mangonui C Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158609 (S.O. 41019) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of land containing 31 perches, situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 56, D.P. 19367, being part Section 27, Suburbs of Mangere; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158730 (S.O. 41283) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
