A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for health purposes (public health nurse’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of May 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land first and secondly described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also proclaim and declare that the land thirdly described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of May 1959.
