A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 27 perches, situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mount Wellington, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 450, D.P. 42010, being part Allotment 42, District of Tamaki; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158587 (S.O. 39421) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of April 1959.

Defining the Middle Line of a Transmission Line in Blocks IX, XII, XIII, XIV, XV, and XVI Christchurch Survey District (viz, the Second Islington-Bromley 66kV Line), and Revoking an Existing Proclamation

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 43 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of the Second Islington-Bromley 66kV transmission line (Roxburgh Power Scheme) proposed to be constructed under the authority of an Order in Council dated the 19th day of May 1948, made pursuant to section 311 of the Public Works Act 1928 and published in the Gazette on the 20th day of the same month, in Blocks IX, XII, XIII, XIV, XV, and XVI, Christchurch Survey District, shall be the line defined and described in the Schedule hereto; and I hereby define as being land upon and in respect of which it is intended to exercise the powers conferred by the Public Works Act 1928 and by any other Act in respect of the erection, maintenance, and use of the said transmission line, all the land situated within 20 links on either side of the middle line hereby defined; and further, I hereby revoke the Proclamation defining the middle line of a transmission line dated the 12th day of August 1954 and published in the Gazette on the 19th day of the same month at page 1328 and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch as No. 403883.

A line commencing at a point on the northern side of Waterloo Road in Block IX, Christchurch Survey District, the said point being the south-eastern corner of the Islington Substation site as described in Gazette 1950, page 1756 (Proclamation 329835, Canterbury Registry), and proceeding south-easterly, north-easterly, and northerly generally for a distance of 13 miles 25 chains, and passing in, into, through, over, and affecting the following lands:
