ALL that piece of land containing 14·6 perches, being part
Section 28, Block IX, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District; as
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 158326 (S.O. 38620) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 14th day of April 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is
hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of
April 1959.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Otahuhu
Survey District, Borough of Manurewa, Auckland R.D.,
described as follows:

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 19·45 perches,
situated in the Borough of Tawa, Wellington R.D., being
part Lot 1, D.P. 7001, being part Section 56, Porirua District;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 158279 (S.O. 24249) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
