Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Timaru City Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for aerodrome purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Timaru, in trust, for that purpose.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Ohakune Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Ohakune and revokes the reservation as a site for municipal buildings over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Waimairi County Council, Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Addition of the Reserve to the Fendalton Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimairi and changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for utility to a reserve for recreation,

and further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Fendalton Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
