ALL that area in the Southland Land District, County of Wallace, bounded by a line commencing at Howells Point, a point on the sea coast situated in Block II, Jacobs River Hundred, and proceeding westerly generally along the sea coast to the eastern boundary of the Longwood Survey District; thence northerly generally along the eastern boundary of the Longwood Survey District to the southern boundary of the Aparima Hundred; thence easterly generally along the southern boundary of the Aparima Hundred to the eastern side of the Riverton, Otatau, Nightcaps Main Highway No. 144; thence southerly along the eastern side of the said main highway to a point in line with the northern side of the Fairfax, Paulins Bush Road Main Highway No. 247; thence easterly across the Wairio Branch Railway, to and along the northern side of the last-mentioned main highway to the right bank of the Aparima River; thence southerly generally along the right bank of the Aparima River to the south side of the road which forms the southern boundary of Section 59, Block III, Jacobs River Hundred; thence easterly along the production of the south side of the said road to the left bank of the Aparima River; thence southerly generally along the left bank of the said river and the Jacobs River Estuary to the northernmost point of the Borough of Riverton; thence south-westerly and south-easterly generally along the north-western and south-western boundaries of the Borough of Riverton hereinbefore described to the north-eastern boundary of Section 34, Block II, Jacobs River Hundred; thence south-easterly generally along the north-eastern boundary of Section 34 and the sea coast to the point of commencement.

Boundaries of Borough of Feilding, County of Oroua, and Western Riding of County of Oroua Defined

PURSUANT to section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Secretary for Internal Affairs hereby defines, as set out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the Borough of Feilding, the County of Oroua, and the Western Riding of the County of Oroua, the previous boundaries having been altered by Order in Council made on the 6th day of August 1958, and published in Gazette, 7 August 1958, No. 48, page 1030.
