Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 13th day of April 1959.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land and Revoking Previous Notice
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 29th day of January 1959 and published in Gazette, 5 February 1959, No. 5, page 108, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, and hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 15th day of December 1958.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940 to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Revoking an Exclusion from Speed Limitation and Declaring a Limited Speed Zone
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:
- That portion of the Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 dated the 18th day of July 1956* which relates to the portion of road specified in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby revoked.
- The portions of roads specified in the Second Schedule to this notice are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956†.

SITUATED within East Coast Bays Borough—
Sunrise Avenue (from 32 chains north-east of East Coast Road to 12 chains north-east of East Coast Road).

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:
The portion of road specified in the Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*
