A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of April 1959.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 2·2 perches, situated in Block II, Maramarua Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 4, D.P. 27805, being part Allotment 176, Koheroa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158572 (S.O. 39143) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of April 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held by Leonard Harry Andrews, of Te Kopuru, farmer, under and by virtue of Deferred Payment Licence, Volume 1078, folio 107, Auckland Land Registry, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby taken for road, and that the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Third Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Stanley Nelson Taylor, of Tangiteroria, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease in perpetuity, Volume 99, folio 289, Auckland Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly to eighthly described in the Third Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Frederick Norman Davis, of Tangiteroria, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 791, folio 98, Auckland Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land ninthly to eleventhly described in the Third Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Albert Victor Marshall, of Tangiteroria, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 791, folio 112, Auckland Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of April 1959.
