Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of Hastings

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 13th day of April 1959.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land in the City of Hastings, Hawke's Bay
R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and
shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
City of Dunedin as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 13th day of April 1959.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 3 roods 19·4 perches
situated in Block X, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey
District, City of Dunedin, and being Lots 18 to 25, 40 and

and part Kirkgate Street, Wood Street, and Westgate Avenue,

hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the
land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty
the Queen by Leslie Noel Tomlin, of Wanganui, farmer, under

and by virtue of renewable lease, Volume 606, folio 100,
Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for the use,
convenience, or enjoyment of an aerodrome (radio beacon);
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 13th day of April 1959.

river control purposes and shall vest in the Hawke's Bay
Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 13th day of April 1959.
