NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY WINDING UP
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Wyndham Dairy Factory Co. Ltd., duly convened and held on the 17th day of March 1959, the following special resolution was duly passed:
“(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
“(2) That Andrew Anderson Wilson, company secretary of Wyndham, be appointed liquidator of the company.”

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of the Valley Footwear Co. Ltd. (in liquidation). NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of the Valley Footwear Co. Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 17th day of April 1959 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

HAMILTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION STRIKING SECURITY RATE
Crematorium Loan 1958 of £41,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £41,000 authorised to be raised by the Hamilton City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the erection of a crematorium and sexton’s residence, the said Hamilton City Council hereby makes a special rate of seventy-two thousandths of a penny (.072d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value unimproved of all rateable property within the City of Hamilton; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 30th day of September in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above is a true copy of a resolution passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Hamilton City Council held the 18th day of March 1959.

OTOROHANGA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Otorohanga County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £50,000 authorised to be raised by the Otorohanga County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of making advances to farmers in terms of the Rural Housing Act 1939, the said Otorohanga County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·2075d. in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the whole of the County of Otorohanga; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, being a period of 35 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above resolution is a true copy of a resolution passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Otorohanga County Council held on the 16th day of March 1959.

BOROUGH OF NEWMARKET
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Newmarket Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £35,000 authorised to be raised by the Newmarket Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of extending the parking building in Davis Crescent over the railway line on to property at the south of the Olympic Pool, the Newmarket Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of two decimal three five (2·35) pence in the pound on the annual rateable value of all the rateable property in the Borough of Newmarket; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each year during the currency of the loan, being for a period of twenty-five (25) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
