with the middle of a public road forming the eastern boundary
of Ngatimanuhiakai 10B; thence northerly to and along the
middle of that road to its termination in Ngatimanuhiakai
15A 1B; thence north-easterly and northerly along the eastern
boundary of Ngatimanuhiakai 15A 1B and 15B, to the southern
boundary of Ngatimanuhiakai 21B 2B; thence easterly and
northerly along the southern and eastern boundaries of
Ngatimanuhiakai 21B 2B, to the southern boundary of Section

Station; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary
of the aforesaid Subdivision 3 of Kaharoa No. 3 Block to
the north-western boundary of the Rotorangi Block; thence
south-westerly along that boundary and its production to
the middle of the Patea River; thence southerly down the
middle of that river to a point in line with the south-
western boundary of the said Rotorangi Block; thence south-
westerly along a right line to Tarere Trig. Station on the
southern boundary of Block V, Opaku Survey District;
thence south-westerly along a right line to the source of
the Poroporo Stream; thence generally south-westerly down
the middle of the Poroporo and Ingahape Streams and the
Manawapou River to its mouth, being the point of com-
mencement: excluding therefrom the Borough of Hawera as
hereinbefore described.
BOUNDARIES OF HAWERA RIDING
All that area in the Taranaki Land District bounded by
a line commencing at the intersection of the middle lines
of Boylan Road and Onewhaia Road, being a point on the
boundary of the Hawera County hereinbefore described,
and proceeding southerly along the middle of Boylan Road
to the middle of Austin Road; thence south-easterly along
the middle of Austin Road to the middle of Ketemarae
Road; thence south-westerly along the middle of Ketemarae
Road and Wallscourt Road (as shown on S.O. Plan 7613)
to a right line between the north-eastern corner of Part Lot
3, D.P. 1013, and the south-western corner of Section 562A,
Patea District; thence south-easterly along that right line
to the south-western corner of Section 562A, Patea District;
thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of
the said Section 562A to Ngarongo Road; thence south-
westerly along the north-western side of that road to the
middle of the New Plymouth-Wellington Railway;
thence southerly along the middle of that railway to the
northern boundary of the Borough of Hawera hereinbefore
described; thence generally westerly, southerly, and easterly
along the northern, western, and southern boundaries of the
Borough of Hawera to the middle of Fairfield Road;
thence south-westerly along the middle of that road to
the middle of Beach Road; thence generally south-easterly
along the middle of Beach Road to its termination; thence
westerly to the eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 5221; thence
generally southerly along the eastern boundary of that lot
to the sea coast; being a point on the boundary of the County
of Hawera hereinbefore described; thence generally north-
westerly, northerly, and easterly along the south-western,
western, and northern boundaries of the County of Hawera
to the point of commencement.

Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953
PURSUANT to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the
Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of unclaimed
moneys, dated the 6th day of March 1959, derived from
Tokerau Maori Land Board District and held by him, has been
filed in the office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at
Auckland, Christchurch, Gisborne, Rotorua, Wanganui,
Wellington, and Whangarei, and all sub-offices of the Depart-
ment, where the same may be inspected during office hours
without payment of fee.
