Wholesalers’ Licences Under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33 Granted, Surrendered, or Revoked
PURSUANT to the Sales Tax Act 1932–33, the Comptroller of Customs hereby gives notice that licences to act as wholesalers have been granted to the licensees mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and that the licences to act as wholesalers granted to the licensees mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto have been surrendered or revoked.

CORRIGENDA
In the notice in Gazette, 22 January 1959, No. 3, page 65, under the heading “Wholesalers Licences Under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33 Granted, Surrendered or Revoked” for the words “Taranaki Book and Stationery Wholesale Co. Ltd. 19/11/53, Hawera” read “Taranaki Book and Stationery Wholesale Co. 19/11/53, Hawera”, and in the notice in Gazette, 19 February 1959, No. 8, page 179, under the heading “Wholesalers Licences Under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33, Licences Granted”, the words “Elliott, Shirley Kenrid, 30/9/58, Auckland,” should be under the heading “Licences Surrendered, or Revoked”.

Boundaries of Borough of Hawera, County of Hawera, and Hawera Riding of County of Hawera Defined
PURSUANT to section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Secretary for Internal Affairs hereby defines, as set out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the Borough of Hawera, the County of Hawera, and the Hawera Riding of the County of Hawera, the previous boundaries having been altered by Order in Council made on the 23rd day of December 1958, and published in Gazette, 15 January 1959, No. 2, page 10.

BOUNDARIES OF BOROUGH OF HAWERA
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District bounded by a line commencing at the junction of Waihi Road and Fantham Street, being the north-western corner of Lot 3, D.P. 2320, and proceeding generally easterly and south-easterly along the southern side of Fantham Street to a point on the north-eastern boundary of part Lot 8, D.P. 1022, in line with the south-eastern side of an unnamed road crossing the Wellington - New Plymouth Railway and defined on S.O.
