Declaration That State Forest Land Shall be a Scenic Reserve
and Addition of the Reserve to the Lake Ianthe Scenic
Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby declares that the State forest land described
in the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic reserve subject to the
said Act, and further, declares the said reserve to form part
of the Lake Ianthe Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a
scenic reserve by the Lake Ianthe Scenic Reserve Board.

be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of
the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Te Awamutu
Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain
Board.
