PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises
the Dunedin City Council to permit the laying off of the
proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width
for parts of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than
42 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a
building shall at any time be erected on the land shown
edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 157966 referred to
in the said Schedule, within a distance of 15 ft from the side
lines of the said street.

of the resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on

hereto, in so far as it affects the sides and portions of street
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

THE Auckland City Council, being the local authority having
control of the streets of the City of Auckland, by resolu-
tion declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public
Works Act 1928, shall not apply to portions of the eastern
side of Herd Street, the southern side of Drake Street, and
the western side of Centre Street fronting parts of Allotments
8 and 9, Section 41, City of Auckland, and more particularly
shown coloured red on Plan A. 2461/2.

the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the follow-
ing order.

ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Hutt Valley Underground
Water Authority Order 1959. - On and after the date of the making of this order:
(a) The area described in the First Schedule hereto shall
be an underground water area.
(b) The said underground water area shall be known as
the Hutt Valley Underground Water Area.
(c) The Underground Water Authority for the Hutt Valley
Underground Water Area shall be an Underground
Water Committee specially constituted for the
purpose. - The Underground Water Committee shall consist of 10
members appointed by the constituent local authorities set
out in the Second Schedule hereto. - The number of members appointed by each such
constituent local authority shall be the number specified in
the Second Schedule hereto opposite the name of that con-
stituent local authority. - Each member shall represent the constituent local authority
by which he is appointed.
