PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre and 23·2 perches, situated in Block XI, Opunake Survey District, Taranaki R.D., adjoining Sections 1, 2, 3, 41, 47, and 48 (Punehu Village); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158370 (S.O. 8886) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
