A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of public domain described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of March 1959.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of public domain situated in Block XII, Pakiri Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158378 (S.O. 41043) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a police station, is hereby set apart for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of March 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 16 perches, situated in Block IX, Waihua Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Mohaka A 17 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158158 (S.O. 3088) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for the purposes of a police station is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of March 1959.

ALL that piece of land in Block V, Te Kaha Survey District, Gisborne R.D., containing 25·15 perches, and being part Te Kaha B 3 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158333 (S.O. 5077) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
