Setting Apart Tidal Land for Disposal Under Section 152
of the Harbours Act 1950

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Harbour Leasing Regulations 1930, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare as follows:

The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for disposal under section 152 of the Harbours Act 1950 in the manner and upon the conditions prescribed by that section and by the said regulations.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 12 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Allotment 485, Parish of Waimana, situated in Block VI, Whakatane Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked M.D. 10553 and deposited in the Head Office, Marine Department, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of March 1959.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Police Station in Block XVI, Tairua Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of March 1959.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 rood, situated in Block XVI, Tairua Survey District, being Section 318, Whangamata Township, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, as S.O. 37014.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of March 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of March 1959.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 27Β·5 perches, situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 21, D.P. 42380. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 28, folio 159, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of March 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of March 1959.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 24Β·18 perches, situated in Block V, Whangarei Survey District, and Block VIII, Purua Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 45317. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 682, folio 277, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of March 1959.
