Auditors’ Certificate:
We certify that we have examined the books of account and
vouchers of the Cawthron Institute Trust Board for the year
ending 31 December 1958. We have also inspected the secur-
ities held in the name of the Board as at 31 December 1958.
In our opinion, the above balance sheets are properly drawn
up and set out the true position of the Trust as at 31 Decem-
ber 1958, and as shown by the books.

OROUA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROADING
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its
Amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Oroua County Council intends
to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928
and its amendments, for the purpose of a road those parcels
of land containing:
(a) 1 rood 5·5 perches, being part Reu Reu 2°; coloured
sepia on Survey Office Plan 23828.
(b) 10 perches, being part Reu Reu 2°; coloured edged sepia
on Survey Office Plan 23828.
(c) 26·5 perches, being part Reu Reu 2°; coloured edged
sepia on Survey Office Plan 23828.
(d) 3·2 perches, being part Reu Reu 2F 2; coloured sepia
on Survey Office Plan 24150.
(e) 7 perches, being part Reu Reu 2F 1; coloured blue
on Survey Office Plan 24150.
The above parcels of land being parts of the land comprised
in certificate of title, Volume 218, folio 113, Wellington
Registry.
The plans of the said parcels of land are deposited at the
public office of the Oroua County Council, Manchester Street,
Feilding, and are there open for inspection by all persons at
all reasonable hours. All persons affected by the taking of
the said parcels of land for roading are hereby required and
called upon to set forth in writing any well grounded objec-
tions to the taking of the said parcels of land and to send
such writing, within forty (40) days after the first publication
of this notice, to the Oroua County Council, Manchester
Street, Feilding.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Tauranga County
Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works
Act 1928, to take for road the portions of land described in
the Schedule hereto:
A plan showing the portions of land proposed to be taken is
available for public inspection at the office of the Tauranga
County Council, Cameron Road, Tauranga, during forty (40)
days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All
persons affected by the taking of the land and having well
grounded objections thereto are hereby called upon to set
forth their objections in writing and send the same to the
office of the Tauranga County Council on or before the 13th
day of April 1959.

WHANGAREI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, and the
Whangarei County Council.
NOTICE is hereby given, under the provisions of the Public
Works Act 1928, that the Whangarei County Council proposes
under the provisions of the said Act, to take the piece of land
described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby
further given that a plan of the piece of land required to be
taken is deposited in the office of the said Council, situated in
Rose Street, Whangarei, and is open for inspection without
fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the taking of such land who have
any well grounded objections to the taking of the said lands
must lodge their objections in writing and send the same
within forty days from the first publication of this notice to
the County Clerk, Whangarei County Council, Rose Street,
Whangarei.
