A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for better utilisation, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of March 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart, subject to the stormwater drainage easement contained in K. 60069, Auckland Land Registry, for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of March 1959.
