Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board, as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Lot 1 of Section 9, Block VII, Maketu Survey District: Area, 2 acres, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 1295, folio 1. (S.O. Plan 21582.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of March 1959.

Crown Land Set Apart for Road and for a Quarry in Block VIII, Otanewainuku Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road and that the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a quarry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of March 1959.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block VIII, Otanewainuku Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. F. Being
0 0 28·1 Part Section 10; coloured sepia on plan.
0 1 22·2} Parts Section 12; coloured yellow on plan.
0 3 6·3}

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158281 (S.O. 39476) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block VIII, Otanewainuku Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. F. Being
3 3 30·1} Parts Section 12; coloured yellow, edged yellow,
10 0 7·1} on plan.
20 0 28·2 Part Section 10; coloured sepia, edged sepia, on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158281 (S.O. 39476) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, now held as a site for a post office, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, now held for post and telegraph purposes, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of March 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 2·3 perches, situated in Block XI, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 178, Waiwera Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137347 (S.O. 36013) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 8·3 perches, situated in Block XI, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 178, Waiwera Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137347 (S.O. 36013) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
